Today was my first day at my second year with 3d. Today I created this website and it was alot of fun.
The course seems very intresting and I feel optimistic :)
I chose this 3d course because of my interest in 3d, film and drawing. This course (3d filmproduction) icludes these three aspects and much more.
My creative influence is good and i feel i have alot of ideas and got the right tools and experience to express them.
My previous education is three years of drawing. before and during those years ive allways liked drawing, create films, playing games and make up stories. In 2007 i found my interest for 3d during a schooltrip to a higher education arrangement. Creating things has allways been my field of interest, so i filled out the application for 3d desing and animation course at Noroff.
I quickly found out that this was something for me!
The software i currently use is 3d studio max, Z-brush, adobe photoshop, adobe aftereffects, adobe illustrator, adobe premiere pro and adobe dreamweaver.
My field of most interest within 3d is character creation, modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and special effects.
My favorite films are Braveheart, forest gump, the green mile, lord of the rings triologi, transformers 1 and 2, King kong (the new version).
My favorite 3d films are Lord of the rings, The hulk (the newest one) Ironman, kung fu panda, wall-e. Spiderman triologi and transformers 1 and 2. Wall-e is the most characteristic of the 3d characters in my opinion.
My favorite 3d studios is: Industrial light and magic. Digital domain. Blur studios and Pixar.
I feel my skills in 3d toward industry work is fairly good. Im learning fast and after just a year of 3d and digital drawing i feel ive come a long way. Much longer then i had expected. The reason why ive grown fast within 3d is because my huge interest within 3d related work, and of course alot of trainig and dedication. My ultimate goal is to work with studios that produce hollywood films like Industrial light and magic, digital domain and so on.
