Robot character 10/02/2009
 
This is my robot character ive been working on for 3 days now. the character is finished modelled and posed. Now the texturing and lightning remain. hope you like it! you can see more pictures in the work in progress page.

Update: the texture and rendering is done (last picture) now its time for the paintover stage.
and here is a walk.

Great work man. And good job on the walk. Could maybe have used some more up/downward motion and more weightshift and such, but knowing the polycounts you reach by making it that way, I can only imagine it was a pain in the a** to even get it animated ^^

Looking forward to seeing some more of these robots!

Thanks=) and gratulation to be the first one to post on cgtorch ;) hehe.

The polycont wasnt that bad to animate. The walk was something i did while wainting on a render, took me less than an hour i think ^^
